With over 15 years of experience in the rail, intermodal, transit, and smart city sectors, he has engineered and overseen Inside Plant and Outside Plant telecom systems, RF networks, and radio communication towers. Ryan believes in building efficient, reliable, and future-ready telecom systems that enhance urban connectivity and performance through innovation, safety, and collaboration.

Ryan is our Director of Global Business Development focused on the Mission Critical market, leading all of our data center project endeavors. With over 20 years of experience in project management and business development, Ryan is a skilled leader in coordinating cross-functional teams for our mission critical clients. Ryan believes in utilizing teamwork, active listening, and effective communication to deliver exceptional results for owners.

Ryan brings experience in the design and implementation of physical security systems in mission critical and government facilities. For the past few years, he has worked on complex, high-security projects requiring coordination across multidisciplinary teams and strict compliance environments. He values the combination of engineering precision with real world impact, delivering solutions that strengthen safety, reliability, and operational integrity.

Ryan Jones provides tailored security consulting across multidisciplinary projects. For over 10 years, Ryan has applied his extensive knowledge to high-profile projects spanning data centers, rail, commercial buildings, healthcare, and infrastructure markets. He delivers practical, well-integrated security solutions through detailed systems design, precise 2D/3D CAD layouts, technical drawings, equipment schedules, and hands-on construction support.

Ryan is an Associate Principal, Senior Recruiter, who brings a relationship-first and detailed approach to recruiting. For over 5 years, she has worked in security technology recruiting, focusing on understanding candidates motivation, career goals, and personality. Ryan ensures candidates feel supported, informed, and respected throughout the hiring process.

Ryan leads security system designs for several hyperscale data center projects. For over 20 years, he has gained experience in security and IT cabling infrastructure across various project types, including education, warehouse, stadium, venue, and data centers. Ryan enjoys using his in-depth understanding of electronic security systems to help clients solve unique challenges and succeed in their projects.

Ryan brings strategic leadership and deep technical expertise in physical security and security technology to TEECOM’s security practice. For over 15 years, he has delivered enterprise-level security solutions spanning design, assessment, deployment, and operational optimization across complex, mission-critical environments. Ryan believes modern security systems are interconnected, software-driven ecosystems where physical security and cybersecurity converge, requiring disciplined standards, lifecycle planning, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Ryan brings extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology industry, where he designs complex technology systems. For over 20 years, he has delivered innovative, sustainable, and future-ready solutions through project management, design engineering, and consulting. Ryan believes in integrating environmentally responsible practices into every project, ensuring that technology advancement goes hand-in-hand with sustainability and collaboration.

Ryan leads security design on complex projects in multiple sectors, including healthcare, industrial, food processing, higher education, financial, technology, data centers, and workplace. For over 18 years, his career has spanned three levels of involvement in project implementation, from the owner to the general contractor to the design team. Ryan’s greatest strength is his insight to relate to all parties involved in the design and construction process.

Sam specializes in BIM to optimize construction processes and project delivery. For over ten years, he has immersed himself in the intersection of construction and technology, streamlining model workflows. Sam values leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in construction projects. 

As Principal, Executive Vice President, Sam leads TEECOM’s growth and development to generate revenue across all disciplines, market sectors, and regions. Sam has over 25 years of experience developing winning strategies with our partners to advance the technology user experience in the spaces we live, work, and play. His expertise in B2B partnerships, project development, brand strategy, and market share growth has helped TEECOM become a firm that many of our clients return to work with. 

As Director of Data Engineering, Sana maintains and builds new data pipelines to bring together TEECOM’s disparate and siloed data sources to provide insight to different business groups. For over 10 years, she has worked in a number of data-related roles, including data analysis, development, operation, and software engineering, each discipline giving her learning opportunities to grow her career. Sana values a positive, can-do attitude and exploring data problems fully to get to the issue's root.

Scott provides expert security design and consulting services for our healthcare clients. For over 25 years, Scott has developed his skills through working in a diverse range of market verticals including workplaces for the Fortune 500, aviation facilities, government institutions, and healthcare facilities.  Due to his experience as an integrator and a consultant, Scott understands the challenges that face all stakeholders and he enjoys bringing clients innovative solutions with minimized budgets.

Seth advances acoustic excellence through specialized expertise in room acoustics, sound isolation, outdoor noise assessments, and auralization. For the past few years, Seth has built a versatile career across diverse market sectors, including learning environments, broadcast studios, multifamily residential, and workplace design. Seth enjoys creating spaces that enhance both human experience and environmental sustainability.

Shadi specializes in designing wired and wireless network systems, including LAN, WiFi, ERRCS, and DAS. For over eight years, Shadi has provided integrated technology designs and ICT space planning across various industry sectors. He is passionate about designing robust and cost-effective network solutions that are centered on his clients’ requirements and allow for growth.
