For over 20 years, he has honed his drafting skills in the technology and structural disciplines using CAD and Revit programs. Michael values the collaborative process of teaching and sharing his knowledge.

For over 10 years, he has utilized his expertise in security design and background in computer information systems to efficiently manage large-scale physical security projects across various industries. Michael takes pride in knowing that his contributions make personnel safer and more secure, and prioritizes this value above all else.

Michael is a results-driven Principal Consultant who supports TEECOM by overseeing complex telecom and fiber optic initiatives across multiple sectors including healthcare, government, enterprise, and hospitality. For over 25 years, he has successfully managed mission critical network and infrastructure projects, specializing in fiber optic distribution, OSP construction,  AV, security, and data center design, consistently delivering solutions that align technical excellence with client goals. Michael values precision, collaboration, and innovation, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic program management to deliver reliable, future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Mike leads our ICT and telecom department focused in the mission critical market and manages one of our top data center client’s overall technology program. For over 20 years, Mike has a proven track record of providing project management services for large, complex projects for major healthcare campuses and hyperscale data centers. Mike ensures that every project he manages is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. 

Mike designs telecom infrastructure for industrial facilities and hyperscale data centers. Over the past few years, he has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of telecom design and adapting to unique network design standards. Mike values collaboration and believes in tailoring solutions to meet client specifications.

Mitch supports TEECOM as a BIM professional, contributing to the coordination and delivery of complex architectural and construction projects. For over five years, he has built a diverse background spanning residential construction , historic renovation, interior design, electrical contracting, and modular architecture and fabrication. Mitch values precision and innovation, bringing a passion for large-scale design and construction within the BIM discipline.

Mitch focuses on creating construction documents and 3D Revit models while staying at the forefront of new technology. For the past few years, he has developed BIM skills and contributed to the design of offices, labs, and multi-family homes, while managing 3D model standards. Mitch enjoys the ever-evolving nature of the BIM world and thrives on learning new skills in the technology industry to improve team collaboration and efficiency.

Natalie demonstrates a focused and collaborative approach to security design. With over 5  years within the security industry, Natalie's portfolio includes the aviation, civic, higher education, manufacturing, and mission-critical market verticals. Natalie believes the key to a successful project is to stay organized and to listen to the client's needs.

Natasha leads our People Operations team, overseeing activities that support our most valuable asset: our people. With more than 10 years of experience under her belt, she has shaped and driven a wide range of people operations programs and initiatives. Natasha approaches her work with curiosity and empathy; she seeks to understand and support each team member to ensure they have a frictionless and meaningful employee experience.

Nate solves problems and maintains our network as an IT Systems Administrator. He has spent his whole career in tech positions; before TEECOM, he was the Director of IT for a school district. Nate believes that when we encounter new problems or projects with unknown steps, we should remember that given enough information and troubleshooting, we've never been unable to figure something out. 

Nic specializes in BIM design and coordination with experience in manufacturing, healthcare, and higher education projects. For over 5 years, Nic has worked in the electrical field focusing on BIM related projects, while also obtaining his journeyman’s and Revit electrical design professional certification. Nic is detail oriented and is always looking for ways to improve current systems with a more dynamic approach.

Nichole supports TEECOM by designing technology systems that connect people and enable high-performing buildings. For over 10 years, she has developed expertise across structured cabling, emergency communications, public-address sound systems, audiovisual solutions, and security technology. Nichole is passionate about creating thoughtful, well-coordinated designs that enhance user experience, support long-term operations, and bring clarity to complex technology environments.

Nick is a well-versed BIM Specialist, providing expertise in project setup, drafting, production, and coordination. For over five years, Nick has delivered AutoCAD and Revit solutions across ground-up developments, tenant improvements, and retrofit projects across various markets including  corporate, retail, healthcare, industrial, and education. Nick believes in delivering value through efficient and transparent processes while building trust, respecting client needs, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Nick specializes in acoustical engineering with an expertise in mechanical noise control and environmental noise modeling. For the past few years, Nick has provided valuable solutions for clients across higher education, mission critical, and various other markets. Nick believes that sound shapes our perception of reality, this drives him to create soundscapes that enrich the atmosphere of every space he designs.
