Raji designs technology systems for a wide range of facilities including data centers, healthcare and industrial buildings, and corporate workplaces. He has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, network, security, and audiovisual systems. Raji brings a diverse work experience and uncommon combination of skills that help him offer clients unique solutions to unique problems.

Randi is an experienced low-voltage designer specializing in project deliverables and seamless coordination with clients and design partners to deploy complex network infrastructure. For over five years, she has contributed to large-scale projects and events, including Madison Square Garden, Allegiant Stadium, SoFi stadium, and Super Bowl LVI and LVIII. Randi is detail-oriented and an expert at translating highly technical system designs into clear documentation and training materials.

Rebecca designs audiovisual systems with a passion for enhancing the user experience. Prior to transitioning to design engineering, Rebecca operated live events in the theater world. Rebecca believes her experience in live operations directly shapes her ideals and overall approach to technology design.

Rebekah coordinates marketing efforts, assisting the technical team with qualification materials and ensuring brand consistency. Over the past few years, Rebekah has gained valuable marketing experience in the AEC industry. Rebekah’s value for brand consistency reflects her appreciation for artistry in her professional and personal endeavors.

Renee maintains a diverse area of expertise as a BIM designer, specializing in data management, template creation, and technical content development across a wide variety of disciplines. For over 12 years, Renee has evolved from design consulting into design-build and global BIM integration, scaling efficient processes for high-stakes projects including high-rises, universities, medical facilities, military bases, and data centers. Renee believes that "consistency is the soul of professionalism," focusing on data-driven designs and proactive problem-solving tools to eliminate roadblocks and elevate project team collaboration.

Rigo is a passionate audiovisual designer, transforming client needs into effective solutions. For the past few years, Rigo has built multidisciplinary experience across telecommunications, security, and audiovisual systems, using this knowledge to deliver effective, integrated solutions for clients. Rigo values efficient design, strong collaboration, and continuous professional growth through ongoing development.

Robby leads the acoustics design team and is a multi-disciplinary project manager and Principal, Senior Consultant. He brings over 10 years of acoustic consulting experience with an extensive background in architectural engineering, performance-based design, and delivery of overall technical excellence. Robby practices collaboration and effective communication, and seeks out opportunities to integrate sustainability and health and well-being design features on all projects. 

Robert is a telecom designer with a background in product design and manufacturing. For the past few years, he has developed strong foundational skills in problem solving, testing, and engineering design. Robert values attention to detail, collaboration, and creating practical solutions that meet both technical and client needs.

For over ten years, he has worked in the construction and technology industry, starting in structural engineering and moving into low-voltage technology designs for data centres. Rob continuously strives to improve and streamline processes and model workflows, enhancing the building process for his team and clients.

Rodrigo designs innovative solutions, combining creativity and technical expertise in his role as a designer. For the past few years, he has demonstrated eagerness, ambition, and a relentless drive to learn the security integration industry before pivoting to design to further explore his skills. Rodrigo values continuous growth and enjoys leveraging both his technical and creative abilities to achieve excellence in his work.

Ryan is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering telecommunications and low-voltage infrastructure on complex, large-scale projects. With over 15 years of experience in the rail, intermodal, transit, and smart city sectors, he has engineered and overseen Inside Plant and Outside Plant telecom systems, RF networks, and radio communication towers. Ryan believes in building efficient, reliable, and future-ready telecom systems that enhance urban connectivity and performance through innovation, safety, and collaboration.

Ryan is our Director of Global Business Development focused on the Mission Critical market, leading all of our data center project endeavors. With over 20 years of experience in project management and business development, Ryan is a skilled leader in coordinating cross-functional teams for our mission critical clients. Ryan believes in utilizing teamwork, active listening, and effective communication to deliver exceptional results for owners.
