Shaun drives multi-discipline BIM execution, modeling standards, and systems integration at TEECOM. For over 10 years, he has led advanced modeling coordination across the AEC, surveying, and software development sectors for commercial projects. Shaun believes in authoring clear BIM execution plans, establishing rigorous modeling standards, and building custom tools that make engineering teams faster, more accurate, and seamlessly coordinated.

Sherry manages Revit models and construction documentation for our mission critical project delivery teams. For over 15 years, she has honed her BIM skills and now provides training and mentoring to other team members. Sherry enjoys bringing the team’s vision for a design together at the highest quality. 

Sheryl maintains the financial integrity and cash flow of TEECOM as a Risk Specialist. For over 20 years, she has utilized her keen eye for detail and organizational skills to navigate complex financial landscapes of global clients across long term projects. Sheryl believes that perseverance and grit are fundamental to success in navigating challenges and opportunities that arise both in and out of the workplace.

Shine serves as a security engineering designer, utilizing her foundations in mechanical engineering and robotics to develop skills in the design and integration of advanced security systems. For the past few years, she has translated an extensive background in collaborative robotics design and client-focused capstone engineering into a practical toolkit for drafting and technical problem-solving. Shine enjoys taking complex problems, deeply understanding the requirements, and blending creativity with teamwork to develop tailored solutions that meet real-world client needs.

Six manages production design for our mission critical security team. For over 15 years, he has worked in the AEC industry, beginning as a drywall framer and progressing to project engineer, with his recent projects involving Revit and BIM coordination for tech firms, hospitals, and hotels. Six values identifying efficient solutions and always being upbeat when working with others. 

Steven provides IT consulting, design engineering, and project management for multiple clients in the mission critical market. For over 35 years, he has worked in every position, from technician to lead project manager, implementing office relocations, greenfield builds, and renovations. Steven believes in leading by example, accepting accountability, and embracing communication through all facets of the project.

Stewart is a Principle Consultant specializing in security design for projects throughout Europe and the Middle East. For over 30 years, he has refined his skills in engineering, project management, and design and consulting, delivering work for mission critical, workplace and corporate, healthcare, and education sectors. Stewart always aims to add as much value as he can to clients and their projects.

Sun is Senior Software Developer, leveraging a rare dual background in computer science and architecture to engineer high-impact AEC digital tools. For over five years, he has specialized in full-stack application development and spatial data systems designed to accelerate AEC automation and power complex, geometry-driven workflows. By combining deep technical proficiency with spatial problem-solving, Sun builds scalable, data-driven design technology that enhances operational efficiency and delivers actionable value for internal teams and clients alike.

Sunny leads the design of multiple projects across various sectors, including healthcare, higher education, and hyperscale data centers. For over 16 years, he has worked in design and engineering and is accustomed to delivering projects alongside other disciplines such as MEP, civil engineering, and architecture. Sunny enjoys bringing his unique perspectives to each of the projects he manages.  

Sylvia manages production design for our mission critical telecom team, mentors other BIM staff, and assists in improving company standards to improve our team's efficiency on our projects. For over five years, she has built her skills in the design industry and has worked on multiple complex projects managing cabling and pathways projects for hyperscale data centers. Sylvia values taking the time to understand our client’s needs and contribute to MEP meetings for a successful project outcome.

Taylor champions secure and efficient workspaces as a dedicated security design consultant. For over 15 years, he has navigated the dynamic landscape of low-voltage technology engineering, accruing invaluable experience. Taylor prioritizes the safety and functionality of work environments, believing in the importance of meticulous planning and design for all his projects, from office buildings to hyperscale data centers. 

Tiffany collaborates closely with design teams and project managers as a BIM Specialist to ensure project delivery in intricate detail. For over five years, she has focused on fostering connections and supporting design within the industry. Tiffany values continual learning and embraces challenges as growth opportunities.

As CFO, Todd is charged with safeguarding company assets and guiding our business leaders in effective team management through a financial and operational lens. For over 17 years, he has worked in public accounting and then continued to follow his passion of working alongside technology business owners to grow from startup to large enterprise. Todd emphasizes collaborative, data-driven education to enhance his role’s impact across the organization as a force multiplier.

Tommy leads our recruiting team and ensures that candidates receive the most out of their interview and onboarding experience. For almost 10 years, he has been honing his talents to better understand candidates’ motivators and learn how they want to grow personally and professionally. Tommy values working from a place of humility and honesty and champions those values each and every day.

As TEECOM’s Director of Software Development, Tom designs and develops software to benefit our clients and internal teams. Over the last ten years, he has helped develop numerous tools, applications, and libraries for the web and native platforms. Tom’s curiosity pushes him to explore many possible solutions to a problem and dig deep into technological trade-offs with the goal of delivering high-value, maintainable software.
