Ed is a versatile security and audiovisual designer who specializes in maintaining CAD standards and the aviation market. For over five years, he has meticulously engineered sophisticated security, teledata, and audiovisual solutions for international airports, government facilities, and corporate environments. Ed believes in the power of precision and standardization to bridge the gap between complex engineering concepts and seamless, real-world installation.

Elisabeth manages a wide variety of projects designing complementary audiovisual and acoustics systems. For over 12 years, she has worked internationally on projects designing interrelated systems that function coherently. Elisabeth relies on communication and coordination to understand client goals, choose the appropriate technologies, and design systems that exceed those goals.

Erin specializes in security systems and is exceptionally skilled at simultaneously managing complex projects. For over 15 years, Erin has created dynamic design solutions and focused on committing to completing projects on time and within budget. Erin strives to be a confident leader for both his client’s projects and the teams he manages. 

Evan is a detail-oriented project manager for multiple data center projects. His role encompasses maintaining project filing systems, preparing weekly status reports, and keeping track of project milestones. Evan excels as a Senior BIM Specialist, specializing in problem-solving and team support. For over 10 years he has been involved in various sectors including technology, healthcare, bio-pharma, and civic/government projects. Evan values precision and teamwork, drawing from his inquisitive and personable nature. 

Evan specializes in the design and implementation of integrated physical security systems for hyperscale data centers. For over 10 years, he has applied a strategic and efficient approach to deliver advanced physical security technology solutions for the mission critical, healthcare, and financial sectors. Evan enjoys using his in-depth understanding of electronic security systems to help clients solve unique challenges and succeed in their projects.

Frances supports project teams in effectively deploying Revit for integrated design. With over five years of experience, she has assisted numerous team members in BIM coordination and standards across various projects, primarily in healthcare. Frances takes pleasure in aligning the team's vision with the project's design and drafting to ensure the highest quality delivery.

Francisco serves as a key Revit problem solver for TEECOM in his role as Senior BIM specialist. For over 20 years, he eagerly embraced Revit’s potential to enhance the design process, collaborating with engineers as a 3D  model consultant. Francisco values effective teamwork, ensuring seamless coordination to translate the virtual construction of a building into precise construction documents. 

Geoff utilizes his deep understanding of physical security and technology to design systems for our mission critical market. For over 15 years, he has been acquiring subject matter expertise, sharing his knowledge, and providing clients with reliable designs. Geoff enjoys learning about the latest technology and brainstorming use cases to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Grant designs telecom systems for mission critical and industrial facilities across the globe. For over 15 years, he has worked both in technology design and on the job site, seeing paper concepts evolve into constructed reality. Grant believes in asking his clients the right questions and taking the time to find the best possible solution to meet their needs.

Hayley orchestrates our EMEA project delivery teams as a skilled project manager. Over her 16 years of experience, she has become well-versed in every project delivery stage and communicates effectively with her team to provide the best data and analytics for each project. Hayley believes in the famous quote, “Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference,” if one shows care, kindness, gratitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn, they will succeed and make a difference.

Ivan focuses on integrating client needs into efficient solutions as a designer. For over five years, he has become adept at navigating various telecom niches with his adaptive and quick-learning approach. Ivan enjoys the challenge of listening to clients needs and translating them into effective designs that foster collaboration and innovation.

Jacob drives high-quality BIM production, model health, and digital delivery workflows for multidisciplinary teams. For over five years, he has developed a deep understanding of how standards, model structure, and coordination processes need to intersect with real-world construction needs. Jacob believes in bridging the gap between design intent and buildable data-rich 3D models.
