Jacob drives high-quality BIM production, model health, and digital delivery workflows for multidisciplinary teams. For over five years, he has developed a deep understanding of how standards, model structure, and coordination processes need to intersect with real-world construction needs. Jacob believes in bridging the gap between design intent and buildable data-rich 3D models.

Jacob is an audiovisual designer with a background in theater and live sound, where he built his foundation in audio systems, signal flow, and real-time problem solving. For over 15 years, he has expanded that foundation into the design, programming, and delivery of complex audiovisual systems, with a focus on scalable, networked solutions. Jacob enjoys solving complex technical challenges through the development of integrated, high-performance system designs.

Driven by providing quality customer service and process improvement, Jake creates collaborative solutions and executes the mission of the projects he manages. For over four years, he has consistently demonstrated prowess in project management within the AEC industry, corporate finance, sales, and non-profit organizations. Jake values creating a productive, cohesive, and nurturing environment for his teammates and clients.

Jakob provides design consulting for various security and video surveillance design efforts across multiple market verticals. For the past four years, he has expanded his professional knowledge in the construction industry and has become a leader and technical resource for our data center engineering team. Jakob enjoys using his extensive Revit and Excel knowledge to build process automations, saving clients time and budget. 

James leads TEECOM’s EMEA BIM team. For over 10 years, he has worked in the construction industry with his recent experience involving mission critical data centre design. James prioritises improving BIM workflows, model quality and data across the team’s projects.

Jamie manages our payroll, accounts payable, and project accounting. For over 20 years, she has excelled in various professional services, including medical, legal, software, and design sectors, handling payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and account reconciliations. Jamie values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a collaborative environment.

Jason focuses on developing a detailed understanding of client needs and ensuring that audiovisual systems not only meet, but exceed expectations. For over 10 years, he has gained a keen sense of the importance of reliable, functional, and user-friendly technology designs. Jason values open communication and believes that maintaining clear and consistent dialogue with project teams is essential for managing and coordinating all aspects of technology systems.

Jason is a team lead and highly experienced Professional Engineer, ICT designer, and project manager, leading one of our largest Partner accounts. For over 15 years, Jason has obtained vast knowledge and expertise in design and engineering of complex technology systems for global project expansions. Jason is dedicated to understanding his client’s needs to provide the best solution possible. 

Jason brings a wealth of experience to our telecom design team as a Principal Consultant. From starting as a technician to becoming a principal engineer, he has been building his profession in telecom engineering for over 27 years. Jason believes in having strong working relationships across the entire program - from the installers, engineers, project management, to the executive team.

As a Project Manager, Jason oversees all aspects of the technology design, from programming and schematic design to construction administration and project closeout. He is an RCDD credential holder with over 25 years of technical experience designing low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, communication room design, telecom infrastructure, and utility coordination. Jason strives to build strong relationships and add value to his clients and stakeholders by listening closely to their needs and collaborating with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

JB is a security engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing physical security needs. For over 20 years, JB has worked across various roles, including installer, technician, project lead, project manager, and operations manager, for large security clients. JB strives to ensure that security solutions are both efficient and tailored to meet client needs.

Jeff is a subject matter expert (SME) in security systems, providing outstanding engineering and consulting services to a wide range of clients and markets. For over 40 years, Jeff has worked with all aspects of security systems, from problem project resolution, strategic planning, budgeting, design, implementation methods, and ongoing  support strategies. His philosophy is to take a holistic view of the challenge and deliver solutions that are implemented correctly, the first time. Jeff recognizes the importance of safety and cares about creating systems that remain effective, efficient, and transparent. 

Jen is a project manager with strong organization, time-management, and communication skills, enabling her teammates to deliver successful, high-quality projects. For over five years, she has honed her expertise in the AEC industry as an acoustic consultant and contributes to projects across multiple market verticals including corporate offices, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and transportation infrastructure. Jen values refining her technical skills and leveraging her team’s expertise to enhance project outcomes for both her team and clients.

Jeremy integrates architectural expertise with a focus on telecom design to facilitate comprehensive project solutions. For over five years, he has contributed to numerous projects for market-leading tech companies. Jeremy values synergetic collaboration across diverse trades to achieve comprehensive designs.
