Jason focuses on developing a detailed understanding of client needs and ensuring that audiovisual systems not only meet, but exceed expectations. For over 10 years, he has gained a keen sense of the importance of reliable, functional, and user-friendly technology designs. Jason values open communication and believes that maintaining clear and consistent dialogue with project teams is essential for managing and coordinating all aspects of technology systems.

Jason is a team lead and highly experienced Professional Engineer, ICT designer, and project manager, leading one of our largest Partner accounts. For over 15 years, Jason has obtained vast knowledge and expertise in design and engineering of complex technology systems for global project expansions. Jason is dedicated to understanding his client’s needs to provide the best solution possible. 

Jason brings a wealth of experience to our telecom design team as a Principal Consultant. From starting as a technician to becoming a principal engineer, he has been building his profession in telecom engineering for over 27 years. Jason believes in having strong working relationships across the entire program - from the installers, engineers, project management, to the executive team.

As a Project Manager, Jason oversees all aspects of the technology design, from programming and schematic design to construction administration and project closeout. He is an RCDD credential holder with over 25 years of technical experience designing low-voltage systems, including structured cabling, communication room design, telecom infrastructure, and utility coordination. Jason strives to build strong relationships and add value to his clients and stakeholders by listening closely to their needs and collaborating with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Jeff is a subject matter expert (SME) in security systems, providing outstanding engineering and consulting services to a wide range of clients and markets. For over 40 years, Jeff has worked with all aspects of security systems, from problem project resolution, strategic planning, budgeting, design, implementation methods, and ongoing  support strategies. His philosophy is to take a holistic view of the challenge and deliver solutions that are implemented correctly, the first time. Jeff recognizes the importance of safety and cares about creating systems that remain effective, efficient, and transparent. 

Jen is a project manager with strong organization, time-management, and communication skills, enabling her teammates to deliver successful, high-quality projects. For over five years, she has honed her expertise in the AEC industry as an acoustic consultant and contributes to projects across multiple market verticals including corporate offices, hospitality, healthcare, higher education, and transportation infrastructure. Jen values refining her technical skills and leveraging her team’s expertise to enhance project outcomes for both her team and clients.

Jeremy integrates architectural expertise with a focus on telecom design to facilitate comprehensive project solutions. For over five years, he has contributed to numerous projects for market-leading tech companies. Jeremy values synergetic collaboration across diverse trades to achieve comprehensive designs.

Jeremy specializes in security design, implementing and managing physical security systems for corporate, healthcare, and technology organizations. For over 10 years, he has built a career in safety and security, first serving as a police officer before transitioning into security operations, where he advanced into leadership roles in healthcare and technology, managing enterprise security and public safety operations, access control and other physical security systems. Jeremy is committed to providing the highest level of attention to detail when leading projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Jim leads the design of ICT infrastructure for our large hyperscale mission critical facilities. In his 37 years of experience, Jim has built an extenstive background in telecom, audiovisual, and security engineering. Jim believes in a “let’s get it done” attitude and following the three C’s: communication, cooperation, and coordination, in order to achieve project success. 

John is a telecom designer specializing in advanced technology solutions for complex projects. For over 15 years, he has delivered high-quality design products under both aggressive schedules and long-term client engagements, working closely with clients and stakeholders to guide design decisions. John believes that paying attention to the little details can make all the difference in consistently producing great quality work

John is a subject matter expert in ICT systems, specializing in large-scale infrastructure design and engineering for complex projects and campuses. For over 25 years, John has been recognized as one of the world’s rare specialists in telecom infrastructure design for large-scale data centers. John goes beyond the technology scope to deliver innovation that elevates every project.

Jordan supports TEECOM as a People Operations Generalist, partnering across teams to manage employee benefits, drive People Operations initiatives, and foster a positive employee experience. For over five years, Jordan has built scalable programs in benefits administration, payroll, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, drawing on experience from growth-stage tech companies. Jordan values authentic connection and continuous improvement, striving to create people-first processes that balance compliance, empathy, and business needs.

Joseph applies his electrical engineering background to specialize in designing audiovisual technology solutions. For over five  years, he has focused on audiovisual systems design across a range of sectors including education, commercial, transportation, healthcare, and corporate environments. Joseph is dedicated to delivering tailored audiovisual solutions that enhance user experience. 

Josh designs detailed telecom systems for healthcare and workplace facilities. For over 13 years, he has worked on electrical and IT contracts, performing services such as server and network engineering, project management, fieldwork, sales, and procurement. Josh values hard work and delivering projects on time and on budget.
