Over the past seven years, she has worked from being a data analyst in the media industry to a technology developer for engineering firms. Julia aims to empower her peers to make informed decisions, whether it is through data visualizations or providing opportunities to increase technical skills or documentation.

Justin is a telecom subject matter expert with extensive experience managing diverse telecom design teams and delivering high-quality solutions in demanding engineering environments. For over 20 years, he has led large-scale telecom projects for Fortune 500 clients, leveraging extensive experience at all levels of design and engineering to effectively communicate and solve complex challenges. Justin values collaboration and precision, ensuring seamless project execution by guiding clients and teams through every phase, from defining project scope to overseeing construction and close-out efforts.

Kaitlin is an acoustic consultant who designs thoughtful, performance-driven acoustic environments across diverse sectors. For over five years, Kaitlin has cultivated broad expertise across broadcast, arts, science, aviation, commercial property, healthcare, and multi-family residential markets. She is a trained bassoonist who combines her musical experience and technical foundation in acoustics to bring a unique perspective to design and collaboration. Kaitlin believes acoustics play a vital role in creating healthy, safe, and inclusive spaces, and values prioritizing the individual needs of clients and users, designing environments that truly work for the people who inhabit them.

Katie leads BIM efforts on security for Mission Critical projects. For over five years, she has developed her skills working with an industry-leading electrical contractor, focused primarily on Healthcare, Higher Ed, and Mission Critical projects. Katie brings a meticulous perspective to her projects and consistently provides the client with the best possible outcome.

Kenneth is responsible for overseeing all technical operations at TEECOM, streamlining operations to keep our technical staff at peak performance and efficiency. For over 30 years, Kenneth’s work process disseminates knowledge and he’s spent the past 10 years building a strong partnership for one of our global client expansion accounts. Kenneth is passionate about keeping the team as efficient as possible by removing the need for employees to spend time reinventing the wheel.  

Kerry uses his expertise in information and communications technology knowledge to aid in the success of numerous exciting projects. For over 35 years, Kerry has designed systems for fast-paced markets such as data centers, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, education, and television broadcast. Kerry believes in a team-oriented approach when completing projects and values achieving overall client satisfaction. 

Kevin orchestrates BIM solutions for our mission critical sector. For over five years, he has specialized in cabling and pathways projects for hyperscale data centers. Kevin values continuous learning and hands-on experience.

Kirk is an experienced IT project manager, leveraging his expertise to connect all systems onto a converged infrastructure. For over 20 years of experience, Kirk has broadened his expertise across commercial construction technology engineering, supply chain, and procurement, IT operations and systems, and proactive project management approaches. His experience includes cost estimation, scoping, vendor management, and commissioning.  Kirk strives to stay informed on all emerging technologies that will benefit his client’s projects and future flexibility.

Kyren maintains a diverse area of expertise as a low-voltage designer, specializing in complex BIM modeling. For over 5 years, he has delivered technical specifications, gap analyses, and peer reviews for high-stakes projects across the mission critical, workplace, commercial, high-end residential, and hotel sectors. Kyren enjoys working closely with design teams, clients, and project stakeholders, ensuring every specification and calculation aligns perfectly with the design brief, while meeting client and industry standards.

Kyle oversees our security market utilizing his background in project management. For over 5 years, he has specialized in complex highway electrical projects and switchgear configurations. Kyle values leveraging his extensive project management skills to innovate and excel in the security industry.

Larry is a subject matter expert in ICT and telecom systems and provides leadership and guidance to our entire project delivery team. For over 25 years, Larry has combined his background in computer technology with strong, practical expertise in facility design and construction processes, enabling him to provide our clients with innovative solutions. As a frequent Engineer-of-Record, Larry’s attention to detail is second to none. He ensures he pushes his clients to think outside the box by asking the right questions and has a genuine willingness to produce a cost-effective solution. 

Larry designs audiovisual systems for various clients in the workplace, higher education, and civic markets. For over 20 years, he has used his skills in QSC, Creston, Extron, Biamp, VoIP, automation, system design, and display technology to deliver fully integrated systems for his clients. Larry values working with collaborative teams and strives to deliver quality projects that enhance his clients’ audiovisual capabilities.

Lauren is a passionate designer with a mix of hands-on fieldwork and consulting experience, allowing her to approach projects holistically; from concept through completion. For over 10 years, Lauren has supported a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, higher education, corporate, manufacturing, and K-12. Lauren focuses on delivering thoughtfully designed security and technology solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique operational needs; balancing innovation, reliability, and protection at every level.

Lilianna is a detail-oriented analytical designer with a keen understanding of how to approach a problem effectively. For the past few years, she has grown her expertise by working in the mission critical market as a systems engineer for defense contractors. Lilianna is an active learner who values accomplishing tasks in an efficient and creative manner.

Lindsey is an experienced BIM Specialist on our mission critical project delivery team. For over 5 years, she has immersed herself in BIM, gaining professional experience in Construction Management and specializing in luxury custom homes, commercial, and industrial projects. Lindsey values the collaborative nature of her work, enjoying the process of bringing projects to life in the 3D realm.
