For over 20 years, Matthew has honed his expertise in the engineering industry, working on a variety of projects, from office buildings, healthcare facilities, and government projects to highly complex data centers. Matthew aims to provide professionalism, versatility, and a personable touch to serve his team and clients best.

Matt is a dedicated project manager with a background in engineering and leadership roles. For over 15 years, he has worked across some of the most safety-critical environments, including enterprise data centers, healthcare IT, 5G wireless deployments, and Class I railroad networks. As an army veteran, Matt brings a disciplined and hands-on approach to ensure successful project delivery within complex markets.

Meijun enriches our BIM team with her knowledge of BIM application across the many stages of the construction project lifecycle. For over 5 years, she has specialized in MEP systems modeling, working across different sectors, including mission critical, healthcare, luxury residential, and labs. Meijun believes BIM is one of the most powerful tools to improve communication across the construction industry and is excited to take on unique challenges to deliver value to clients.

Michael brings a diverse background in low voltage design ranging from structured cabling, audiovisual presentation systems, access control systems and everything in between. For over a decade, he has brought this level of expertise to every project he has contributed to. Michael’s experience with BIM software has culminated in the ability to provide clear drawings in explicit detail.

Michael leads complex BIM production, specializing in technology engineering for data centers. For over 20 years, he has honed his drafting skills in the technology and structural disciplines using CAD and Revit programs. Michael values the collaborative process of teaching and sharing his knowledge.

Michael excels in designing sophisticated technology solutions tailored for challenging situations. For over 10 years, he has utilized his expertise in security design and background in computer information systems to efficiently manage large-scale physical security projects across various industries. Michael takes pride in knowing that his contributions make personnel safer and more secure, and prioritizes this value above all else.

Michael is a results-driven Principal Consultant who supports TEECOM by overseeing complex telecom and fiber optic initiatives across multiple sectors including healthcare, government, enterprise, and hospitality. For over 25 years, he has successfully managed mission critical network and infrastructure projects, specializing in fiber optic distribution, OSP construction,  AV, security, and data center design, consistently delivering solutions that align technical excellence with client goals. Michael values precision, collaboration, and innovation, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic program management to deliver reliable, future-ready infrastructure solutions.

Mike leads our ICT and telecom department focused in the mission critical market and manages one of our top data center client’s overall technology program. For over 20 years, Mike has a proven track record of providing project management services for large, complex projects for major healthcare campuses and hyperscale data centers. Mike ensures that every project he manages is on time, on budget, and exceeds client expectations. 

Mike designs telecom infrastructure for industrial facilities and hyperscale data centers. Over the past few years, he has cultivated a comprehensive understanding of telecom design and adapting to unique network design standards. Mike values collaboration and believes in tailoring solutions to meet client specifications.

Mitch supports TEECOM as a BIM professional, contributing to the coordination and delivery of complex architectural and construction projects. For over five years, he has built a diverse background spanning residential construction , historic renovation, interior design, electrical contracting, and modular architecture and fabrication. Mitch values precision and innovation, bringing a passion for large-scale design and construction within the BIM discipline.

Mitch focuses on creating construction documents and 3D Revit models while staying at the forefront of new technology. For the past few years, he has developed BIM skills and contributed to the design of offices, labs, and multi-family homes, while managing 3D model standards. Mitch enjoys the ever-evolving nature of the BIM world and thrives on learning new skills in the technology industry to improve team collaboration and efficiency.

Myra specializes in managing end-to-end projects with a focus on telecom. For over five years, she oversaw the as-built construction process for FTTH and MxU builds, identifying clients’ pain points and delivering solutions to complex issues. Myra values connecting with her team and following a project from inception to completion.
