Natasha leads our People Operations team, overseeing activities that support our most valuable asset: our people. With more than 10 years of experience under her belt, she has shaped and driven a wide range of people operations programs and initiatives. Natasha approaches her work with curiosity and empathy; she seeks to understand and support each team member to ensure they have a frictionless and meaningful employee experience.

Nate solves problems and maintains our network as an IT Systems Administrator. He has spent his whole career in tech positions; before TEECOM, he was the Director of IT for a school district. Nate believes that when we encounter new problems or projects with unknown steps, we should remember that given enough information and troubleshooting, we've never been unable to figure something out. 

Nichole supports TEECOM by designing technology systems that connect people and enable high-performing buildings. For over 10 years, she has developed expertise across structured cabling, emergency communications, public-address sound systems, audiovisual solutions, and security technology. Nichole is passionate about creating thoughtful, well-coordinated designs that enhance user experience, support long-term operations, and bring clarity to complex technology environments.

Nick is a well-versed BIM Specialist, providing expertise in project setup, drafting, production, and coordination. For over five years, Nick has delivered AutoCAD and Revit solutions across ground-up developments, tenant improvements, and retrofit projects across various markets including  corporate, retail, healthcare, industrial, and education. Nick believes in delivering value through efficient and transparent processes while building trust, respecting client needs, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Nick specializes in acoustical engineering with an expertise in mechanical noise control and environmental noise modeling. For the past few years, Nick has provided valuable solutions for clients across higher education, mission critical, and various other markets. Nick believes that sound shapes our perception of reality, this drives him to create soundscapes that enrich the atmosphere of every space he designs.

Nick is a Principal Consultant on our healthcare team. Each day Nick leverages technology and lean methodology to make hospitals and facilities more efficient while empowering providers to deliver high-quality care. With over 20  years of experience in the consulting and healthcare industries, he strives to leave the world a better place by helping TEECOM design world-class healthcare facilities. 

As Principal, Executive Vice President at TEECOM, Nicole leads a unique experience team that unifies our firm’s marketing, recruiting, and people operations functions. Her 15 years of experience as a marketing professional in the AEC industry has helped us develop an understanding of how clients, teams, and potential hires interact with our services and products so that we can continuously improve as an organization. Nicole’s strategic leadership sets the standard for our firm and helps align our company from recruitment through the end-user interaction with TEECOM buildings. 

Nikki leads the design, layout, value engineering, and project management for multiple healthcare technology systems. Over her 23 years in the industry, she has led projects ranging from 20,000 sf to over 400,000 sf, using her strong attention to detail to help keep projects running smoothly. Nikki enjoys assisting clients in implementing their vision to meet project goals and expectations. 

Noah conducts market research and creates written content for our technical team. Over the past few years, he has learned the AEC market in and out through working in business administration, with his most recent experience focusing on marketing. Noah enjoys collaborating with engineers to tell engaging stories about their innovative solutions. 

Octavio orchestrates Revit modeling, company standards, and construction documentation for our project delivery team. For over 10 years, he has successfully shepherded the drawings and models for a number of complicated projects including high-rise and large-scale structures in the US. Octavio believes that through the use of highly efficient CAD technicians, we are able to reduce the cost of developing design drawings and pass those savings on to our clients.

Omar manages and maintains TEECOM’s network and computing infrastructure as a Senior IT Systems Administrator. For over 5 years, he has ensured seamless operations and process maturation across our technology stack. Omar believes that mistakes are inevitable, but can lead to wisdom if you learn from them.

Paul is a technology infrastructure professional who supports TEECOM through the design and integration of telecommunications systems across complex environments. For over 20 years, he has delivered comprehensive, future-ready solutions for higher education, healthcare, cultural, and civic projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to align technology with operational goals. Paul values innovation and precision, taking a detail-driven approach to create scalable systems that enhance performance, adaptability, and long-term operational success.

As an  experienced senior project manager for large-scale infrastructure projects, Paul manages global technology improvement programs supporting critical environments. For over 30 years, he has specialized in complex infrastructure programming and has become very astute in budget management, project health reporting, and cross-team collaboration. Paul enjoys working on intricate projects from the ground up, helping clients develop solutions that support the needs of multiple stakeholders, while keeping telecom, security systems, and spaces as priorities. 

Pretpal specializes in the design and implementation of electronic security systems, including access control, video management, and intrusion detection. For the past few years, he has contributed to large-scale aviation projects, data centers, rail initiatives, and private commercial properties. Pretpal values continuous learning and combines his technical expertise with strong social skills to deliver effective solutions.
