Brock designs sound and effective physical security systems for Mission Critical clients across the U.S. For over 12 years, he has had firsthand experience in the full spectrum of system implementation including system planning, design, construction administration, and commissioning. Brock strives to synergize stakeholders' needs and expectations throughout a project and ultimately deliver functional and cost-effective products and services. 

Caro manages massive-scale mission critical projects and leads our BIM standards creation. For over seven years, they have worked in diverse industries, such as automotive benchmarking, prefab architecture, and technology infrastructure. Caro demonstrates their efficiency and accuracy by communicating effectively and delivering timely projects. 

If you have been a part of our interview process, you have likely met our Senior Recruiter, Chelsey. For almost 10  years, she has been developing her skills as a recruiter in the tech industry. Chelsey’s empathetic and driven approach to the recruiting process helps create an impactful and seamless  experience for candidates and new hires. 

Chris specializes in designing scalable and adaptable security systems for our mission critical clients. For over six years, he has honed his skills in electronic security systems, including access control, alarm monitoring, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and security integration. Chris values prioritizing his clients' direct needs and preferences while providing an exceptional level of service.

Chris serves as a project’s technical lead, handling tasks ranging from programming and schematic design to implementation of technology systems to construction administration and commissioning. During his 15 years of experience, Chris has been involved in providing consulting services for IT, access control, video surveillance, and audiovisual infrastructure for clients in civic, corporate, healthcare, and higher education markets. Chris works closely with his clients to determine system requirements and provide subsequent infrastructure and system designs that are tailored to them. 

Clinton specializes in structured cabling solutions and telecom room design. For nearly 20 years he has expanded his experience; working as a fibre-optic installer, a CAD production specialist, and a design engineer. In his career as a designer he started on smaller projects such as schools and eventually, large-scale corporate data centre and fabrication campuses. Clinton enjoys puzzles and brings this love of problem solving to coming up with the best solution for our clients.

Cody is a dedicated and performance-driven project manager who administers diverse operations for our hyperscale data center clients. For over eight years, he has worked end-to-end in the project lifecycle for mission critical projects centered around achieving growth and sustainability. Cody enjoys his role as a project manager as it allows him to use his exceptional interpersonal skills and to foster and fortify productive professional relationships.

Cody is a highly experienced design engineer who works with  project consultants to coordinate ICT system design. For over five years, he has honed his telecommunications and wireless systems expertise in a wide range of industries, including government, higher education, healthcare, and workplace. Cody focuses on the importance of communication and coordination in the early stages of the project lifecycle to understand client needs, identify opportunities for system integration, and develop the best solutions for end users.
